I experienced the loss of a very close relative at a young age. It shocked and intrigued me so much that it led me to study medicine to understand what is experienced at the end of life. I can say that death has taught me to live, to make the best of this stage that we call life. For this reason, I have dedicated myself to studying pain and everything that can be done to live to the fullest, for as long as necessary and under any circumstance.

Later, several opportunities allowed me to recognize in clinical studies and under scientific methods, the power of the proper use of medical cannabis as a adjunct to conventional treatments. Additionally it made me realize and recognize current global social stigma and lack of accurate and reliable information related to medical cannabis. Today, my mission is to continue helping people to live and die in the best possible way, as well as to inform, demystify and raise awareness about the responsible and safe use of the versatile “green medicine”.
